Easy Maple & Oats Granola Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Bob Red Mill rolled oats

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup pepitas

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sugar (I like raw cane sugar)

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/2 cup dried cranberries or cheeries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the combined ingredients flatly over a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm, Store the rest in an airtight container.
