Iced coffee has always been a love of mine since college. My first time even ordering coffee was back in college at the Starbucks in the middle of campus. I was instantly obsessed and quickly developed a very expensive love of caffeine.
Fast forward ten years and I have become a self-proclaimed home barista. Ha! My budget no longer supports my extensive coffee habit and my taste buds have outgrown Starbucks coffee. These changes have led me to develop fun iced coffee recipes.

Honey Vanilla Iced Coffee Recipe

2 tbsps vanilla syrup
1 tbsp honey
8oz iced coffee
whole milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
ice
Instructions
- Pour the honey and vanilla syrup into the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the iced coffee and milk into the glass. I like a strong coffee flavor, some people like their iced coffee to be sweeter. If you’d like it sweeter, add less coffee and more milk and vanilla syrup. If you’d like a stronger coffee flavor, add more coffee and less milk.
- Stir everything together. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the glass to evenly distribute the vanilla and honey.
